tabaji accounts are available to adults aged 18 and above residing in Bangladesh. One account per person. All information provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable upon request.
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit and withdrawal is ৳200. Funds are deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours under normal conditions.

tabaji reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time. Access to the platform may be temporarily restricted pending completion of verification. Failure to satisfy verification requirements will result in Account suspension.
Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the tabaji platform. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, email address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be closed without notice, and any balances held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You must update this information promptly if it changes. tabaji is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tabaji will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify tabaji support at [email protected].
All tabaji Accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Once an Account is registered, the currency cannot be changed. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT.
tabaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. tabaji may request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is complete. tabaji will process submitted verification documents within 3 business days under normal circumstances. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice, and tabaji accepts no liability for the temporary or permanent unavailability of any particular method.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction. tabaji reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the tabaji wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank. tabaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All deposits are held in the tabaji wallet for the purpose of gameplay and wagering. tabaji does not pay interest on deposited funds. Deposited funds are not investments and carry no guarantee of return.
Note: tabaji does not accept deposits from third parties. You must only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. tabaji will notify the Player by email or in-platform message if a withdrawal is subject to a delay.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. tabaji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that exceed a defined threshold.
Any Bonus Funds credited to an Account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated on the relevant promotion page. Attempting to withdraw funds that include unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed before the withdrawal is processed.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed within the Account dashboard. tabaji reserves the right to adjust these limits and to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests of a significant size.
All bonus offers made available by tabaji are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who hold multiple Accounts are not eligible for any bonus. tabaji reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and qualifying game list are stated on each promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Players should review the contribution table on the promotion page before wagering bonus funds.
Bonus funds that are not used within the period stated on the relevant promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. tabaji is not obligated to provide reminders of approaching bonus expiry dates.
tabaji monitors betting patterns and account behaviour for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordination between Players to exploit bonus mechanics. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings removed, and may be permanently closed.
tabaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already opted in to a promotion and satisfied a portion of the wagering requirement, tabaji will make reasonable efforts to honour the offer on a pro-rated basis, but this is not guaranteed.
Games available on the tabaji platform are supplied by third-party software providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider's individual game rules govern the conduct of that game and are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between tabaji's platform display and a provider's official game rules, the provider's rules take precedence.
All non-live casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG software is regularly tested and certified by independent auditing bodies. tabaji does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event that a game malfunction occurs — including errors in displayed odds, pay tables, or progressive jackpot amounts — tabaji reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet. tabaji is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction.
Sports betting odds are set by tabaji and may be withdrawn or amended at any time before the relevant market is settled. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently void — due to event cancellation, postponement beyond a defined threshold, or force majeure — will have stakes returned. Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases of clear and demonstrable error on tabaji's part.
